Yes I popped to mentioned the mustard greens too! “Mustard spinach” whatever variety is, I have had great luck with. Also so many wild mustard greens growing (around where I live) as “weeds”. Off to pick some now to add to box salad mix.

I would like to learn more about foraging. I’m pretty clueless on that front.
